Birthday Parties

Join us for an unforgettable birthday celebration! Our typical Birthday Party lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving your guests an hour of exciting activities on the floor and 30 minutes to relax at the table. During the fun-filled hour, they'll enjoy age-appropriate games, gymnastics, obstacle courses, and open gym time. Make your special day memorable with us!
Summer Camps
Ages: 6yrs - 14yrs
Welcome to Flips Camps, where your child will experience a summer full of excitement and fun! With structured gymnastics, thrilling new games, themed crafts, and there's never a dull moment. Escape the summer heat in our air-conditioned facility while enjoying tons of gymnastics activities. Join us for an unforgettable summer adventure at Flips!

Flips Spooky Spectacular Party

Spooky spiders & games galore, Treats will be plenty, With much fun in store. So put on a costume, and fly on in; We’re so excited for the fun to begin, the witches are preparing with a special brew, the goblins are gathering with pizzas & pies.
The scarecrows are bringing pounds of candy from near and far. We only ask that you come prepared with a ticket, and a broom! So come on in, get your ticket today and let the spooking begin.

Parents Night Out
Age: 5yrs and older
Looking for a well-deserved break? Parents' Night Out at Flips is the perfect solution! Enjoy a movie or dinner while we take care of the kids. On select Friday nights each month, our coaches will ensure your little ones have a blast with open gym time, movie screenings, snacks, crafts, and plenty of fun with friends. Relax and recharge knowing your kids are in great hands!
Sleepovers
Ages: 5yrs+
Join us for an unforgettable experience at Flips Sleepovers Designed for gymnasts aged 5 and up, our sleepovers are packed with food, friends, and tons of gymnastics fun. throughout the year, you can drop off your child at 5:30 PM on Saturday and pick them up at 9:00 AM on. We take care of dinner, breakfast, and all exciting gymnastics activities! Call or visit us to reserve your child's spot today!
In The Streets
Come Celebrate with Flips as we Flip our way through Frederick’s In The Streets at the Sports Block. In the morning there will be a small obstacle set up for our little friends to tumble, jump and play. In the afternoon you will see action from all of our Flips Competitive Team Members as they demonstrate their tumbling skills. Then at 12:30pm and 2:30pm, all of our Flips team members will be doing a Flip-a-thon to help raise funds for their uniforms.
