We provide a safe, age-appropriate environment filled with obstacles, group activities, and much more. 1. What happends to my deposit if I need to cancel my booking?
Flips reserves the right to keep your non-refundable deposit. However, if you re-book within 30 days, you won't need to pay an additional deposit. Rest assured, we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible!
2. Does the Birthday Child count in the head count for parties?
Yes, the birthday child counts in the head count for a birthday party. It is important that we have the adequate number of staffing for the birthday party.
3. Are infants and toddler included in the headcount for a party?
No, infants and toddler are not included in the headcount for parties unless they will be seated at the table. Additionally, we do allow them on the floor at the party with an active supervising adult.
4. Where do I find the birthday party waiver?
Our waiver can found in the family portal where you made your Flips account. It is included in our policies and procedures.
5. Are guests required to make a Flips account to participate in the party?
Yes, all guest must create an account in our Flips Family Poral. Also, please note that Flips Mt. Airy and Flips have two sepearte waivers. We will need separate accounts made at both locations.
