Join us at our Frederick location for exciting full-day summer camps designed for children ages 6 and older, with action packed field trips, swimming and gymnastics! Our camps run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with extended day options from 7:30am to 5:30pm), providing a fun and engaging environment where kids can move, explore, learn, and make new friends. Our camps not only include gymnastics instruction, but we also make sure that we get the best of summer fun allowing our campers to experience field trips all over Frederick to ensure that the fun never stops. Camp Tuition - $300
Extended Care Additional Fee - $55 Weekly
**Extended Care is from 7:30am - 5:30pm**
Daily am and or pm options are available
Due to the nature of some our camps there may be activity fees associated with the cost. This will be added to your account at the same time as tuition.
Please Note: Camp tuition is due two weeks prior to the start of your camp with a $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration.

Week 1 June 15 - 19
Swing from vines, leap over logs, and roar like a wild animal! Campers will explore the jungle through games, tackle “jungle obstacle courses” in gymnastics, and craft wild jungle creatures. Thursday’s field trip to skyzone will let your camper feel what its like to run, bounce and fly! It’s a wild week full of adventure, laughter, and action-packed fun.

Week 2 June 22 - 26
This week is all about superhero-worthy courage and epic flips! Campers become action heroes, conquering obstacle courses, mastering gymnastics moves, and saving the day in themed games. Create your superhero mask in crafting, then unleash your powers on the gymnastics floor. Thursday’s trip to Jump, Climb Extreme is sure to be fun!

Week 3 June 29- July 3
Wands, spells, and enchanted challenges fill every day. Campers will craft magical items, learn “wizarding flips” and “enchanted cartwheels” in gymnastics, and play spellbinding games. Camp will include an Escape the gym challenge—can you solve the mysteries before time runs out? Only the cleverest and most daring campers will succeed!

Week 4 July 6 - 10
Buckle up for the ultimate summer adventure week! Each day is a new, surprise field trip—no two days are alike. From mini-golf to nature treks, amusement parks to ice skating, campers will experience the most exclusive, non-stop adventure summer has to offer. Back at the gym, themed games, gymnastics rotations, and creative projects keep the energy high. This is the week that campers will talk about all year—don’t miss it!

Week 5 July 13 - 17
Blast off into outer space! Campers become astronauts, bouncing like astronauts on the moon during gymnastics, navigating “asteroid fields” in games, and creating alien crafts. Rocket flips, zero-gravity jumps, and cosmic teamwork will challenge your inner space hero. Thursday’s trip to the Earth Space and Science Lab will launch your imagination to the stars—this week is truly out of this world!

Week 6 July 20 - 24
Back by popular demand—the second epic Out and About week! Every day is a brand-new adventure. Campers might zoom through a water park, bowl strikes at a local alley, skate on ice, explore a science center, or tackle an adventure park. No day is the same, no adventure is repeated, and the excitement never stops! Gymnastics, themed games, and crafts keep campers’ energy soaring between the incredible daily trips. Only the boldest campers will survive this whirlwind of epic fun!

Week 7 July 27 - July 31
Swim into the deep blue sea for a week full of daring flips and jaw-dropping fun! Campers will explore the ocean through games like “Shark Tag” and “Treasure Hunt,” make cool ocean crafts, and channel their inner sea creatures during gymnastics rotations. Will you glide like a dolphin, flip like a flying fish, or strike like a great white? Campers will set sail for the Pirate cruise out of Baltimore to round out their sea adventure filled week!

Week 8 August 3 - 7
End the summer with a bang! Campers dive into a carnival-themed extravaganza with games, challenges, and crafts inspired by the circus and fairgrounds. Gymnastics rotations will include daring flips and playful stunts, and Thursday’s trip to Chuckie Cheese for unlimited games with fun lunch is the perfect grand finale. Laughter, prizes, and memories guaranteed—this week is a celebration of everything our campers achieved all summer!

Week 9 August 10 - 14
End the summer with a bang! Campers dive into a carnival-themed extravaganza with games, challenges, and crafts inspired by the circus and fairgrounds. 2. Pick Up
For pick-up, only parents or guardians registered in your Flips Parent Portal Account are authorized to collect children. Please ensure that a valid driver's license is presented for identification verification at the time of pick-up. Individuals not listed in your parent portal account or documented in writing will not be allowed to pick up. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
3. Transportation
At Flips, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety of all our campers during field trips with our Flips Vans. We ask that parents or legal guardians provide an appropriate car seat, in accordance with Maryland Law, to help keep our children safe. It is crucial that all campers and staff follow Maryland's safety seat and seat belt laws, including wearing seat belts at all times. Our vehicles are fully insured and driven by licensed individuals who are 21 years or older, ensuring a secure and reliable transportation experience for everyone.
4. Medication During Camp Hours
At Camp, the safety and well-being of your child is our top priority. Please remember that while Flips is not medically trained to administer prescribed medications, our staff is equipped handle emergency situations. If your child has a severe allergy requiring an Epi-pen or any other medical device, kindly include this information in their medical records and inform Camp Staff on your first day at Camp. Your cooperation helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

2. What if I need to pick up my child/ren early?
We understand that sometimes you may need to pick up your child early from camp. Due to our field trips and strict schedule, please inform us in advance so we can guide you on the best way to arrange this. Thank you for your cooperation!
3. How does Swimming Work?
Swimming is one of our most popular activities at camp and the systems we have in place make it one of the safest as well. On the first trip to a pool, staff work with the pool’s lifeguard staff to evaluate each camper’s swim level. Campers are asked to swim the entire length of the pool and do their best to avoid touching either the bottom or side. Campers are either given a green wristband, which allows them to swim in any area of the pool, or a red wristband, which allows them to swim only in the shallow areas of the pool, based upon the lifeguard and Camp staff assessment of the camper’s swimming abilities. Campers may ask to be re-evaluated at any time. Staff remain out of the water to monitor campers at all times. In case of inclement weather while at the pool all staff members phones are equipped with emergency alert system message capabilities that will be on at all times. In the event inclement weather warnings happen campers and staff will immediately seek shelter.
4. How do you take care of my child/ren if they are sick or injured at camp?
All of our staff is certified in CPR and First Aid, and concussion certified. In the event that a sickness or injury prevents your child from returning to normal camp activities, we will notify you by the provided phone numbers in your campers emergency contact information.
